-Performs customer sales proposals, checks production and ensures prompt delivery, and provides after sales service report
-Checks product information such as availability, quotes and prices and promotes new materials.
-Manages communication process with different clients, to ensure client satisfaction with appropriate comm. channels
-Provides prompt responses to client inquiry and requirements
-Handle client complaints by finding root of the problem, provide a solution and answering the client right away
-Manages client accounts to make sure deliveries comply with
predetermined payment terms, loading conditions…etc
-Communicates with different departments such as production & logistics to ensure fast delivery to the client.

Skills
-Fluent English & Spanish
-Languages such as French and Italian are a plus
-Excellent written and communication skills
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Can travel abroad
