Our Group is currently looking for a qualified, highly competent Group Human Resources Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your key result areas will entail the following:

- Assumes full management responsibilities for all human resources services and activities, recommends and administers effective personnel policies and procedures that abide by the legal requirements and the sound practices in the HR field

- Develops and implements successful Human Resource strategies that support the long term growth and transformation of the group.

- Provides support and guidance to unit managers regarding personnel policies and procedures, training, disciplinary action and other sensitive personnel issues

- Plans, designs, develop and implements employees’ recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and performance appraisal programmes.
