Management Trainee – (Relationship Manager) | EMIRATES BANK GROUP Dubai, UAE

We are looking to recruit recent MBA graduates to work in our Private Banking division. Management Trainees will undergo a training program for the first year, learning about regional markets, products, and Emirates NBD culture through rotations in our Private Banking, Trade Finance, and Asset Management divisions. During this time they will also be mentored by key Relationship Managers and undergo other job-pertinent training.

After completion of their training program, the Trainees will transition into roles as full-fledged Relationship Managers working with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients. We are looking for highly motivated, adaptable self-starters who are willing to learn and ready to make an impact in a dynamic, competitive, international marketplace.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Recent MBA graduate with a GPA above 3.0

• Experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Sales, Portfolio Management

• UAE National
