The Role

Group Product Manager – Saudi Nationals Only

Core Purpose of Job:

Manages the development and growth of the designated product portfolio, encompassing both existing products and new product development. Assists in establishing the strategic vision and manages the organisation to realise the 5 year plan through annual marketing planning and the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Manages the organisation in building share and equity in the designated portfolio realising improved market share performance, sales revenue and gross margin.

Manages new market segment opportunities and leads the organisation through new product launches.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Essential

University Business degree with marketing specialisation
A minimum of five years Brand/Marketing Management experience with an FMCG company.
A proven track record in building brands and launching new products.
Good communication and written English skills.

Desirable

Previous experience working in the Middle East or North Africa would be an advantage.
MBA qualification would be an advantage.
Fluent in BOTH Arabic and English
Previous experience with an International FMCG work within the Food/Beverage Sector and advantage.

Experience:

Essential responsibilities

At least 3 years marketing and/or brand management experience with a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East with evidence of well developed marketing skills and proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment. Experience of multi-markets an advantage but not essential.

Desirable responsibilities

5 years brand management experience and career progression with a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East with evidence of well developed marketing skills and proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment.
