Dynamic and innovative agency based in Dubai is looking to strengthen an already successful team by bringing in a proven New Business Development Professional. The agency offers their client a full range of live communications activity and has recently grown their digital offering. Their aim is to engage consumers through as many touch points as possible.

Requirements

The role of New Business Development Professional is to present the agency to new and potential clients from initial call/contact to presenting a pitch and ultimately winning the business. You will need to develop clients and define the industry sectors with a need for full service live communications. You will develop medium and long term sales forecasts and work closely with the team to ensure a smooth sales process. The agency have ambitions targets to achieve and looking for someone who is looking for a challenge and has passion for building lasting relationships with new clients and grow existing clients from other areas of the agency

The New Business Development Professions will need to have previous sales/ business development experience in a marketing, advertising, events, promotions or digital agency. You need to have proven experience in generating quality leads in a defined sector, convert leads to sales with multinational clients and negotiate and close the deal. You need to have a sound understanding of marketing budget structures and a solid understanding of the Middle East marketing sectors.
