Sales & Marketing Manager | waseet Amman, Jordan

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies with a focus on creating and developing the brand, proposition and communications.
Develop existing marketing and sales activities to ensure awareness of the company among all target groups.
Develop relationships with existing clients and maximize revenue potential.
Approach potential clients through various channels
Work toward building the overall strength and performance of the sales and marketing team and the company as a whole.
Work with the managing director and marketing team in the development of ideas for new services and new markets for existing services.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of previous Sales and Marketing experience.
Excellent command of English
Superior oral communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of managing teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated team player, problem-solving skills and strong prioritization skills
