International Head of Marketing | Dubai, UAE

Our client is an international manufacturer and distributor of quality healthcare & personal care products with an expanding operation covering Asia & Africa. The company is part of a multi billion dollar group and due to continued success they are experiencing significant growth and development.

They are now seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join them at this critical stage of growth and to play a key role in driving the business forward through innovative and effective marketing strategies.

This position will report to the COO and will be responsible for marketing strategies that will see the business grow by over 100% in the next 3 years. Responsibility will also include the identification and influencing of new channels and markets within additional geographies. You will also drive all New Product Development activities.

Requirements
The successful candidate is likely to have the following profile:
• Good academics
• At least 10 years experience in marketing within pharmaceutical, ethical medicine and/or OTC
• Experience within an international organization is essential
• A proven track record of successfully managing a team of professionals
• Must possess excellent planning skills and be able to forge effective working relationships with colleagues in a number of culturally diverse countries
• Energetic and well organized
