D/ITMS shall assist and support VP/ITMS to formulate and manage the overall activities of the IT managed services department to ensure proper implementation of robust and scalable solutions provided by the managed services providers in compliance with the overall IT strategy and budget. Assists and supports VP/ITMS in the following activities to comply with the job objectives:

* Establishing the overall governance model for the IT Managed services in the organization.

* Evaluation and best fitment for standardization on globally accepted processes such as ITIL, COBIT etc. and adaptability to the organization and implementation with the IT Managed Services vendors

* Ensure the service quality of the IT Managed Service program is aligned with the company’s management vision and caters to a dynamic business requirement

* Oversee the development and implementation of procedures and systems for IT Managed Services

Work closely with VP/ITMS and IT Management to support the dynamic business challenges maintaining accurate and timely services for our “internal” customers and “external” subscribers.

Manage and lead the Managed Services activities provided by 3rd party providers to support the requirements of different lines of business in a complex and distributed business environment. Working closely with Business users to ensure full alignments of the managed services deliverables to match their expectations and demands.

Ensure proper planning and managing of IT budget for (CAPEX and OPEX).Vendor management, efficiently manage vendors’ deliverables, POs and agreements, SW maintenance agreements, vendors SLAs, and work with procurement in continuously assessing the vendors’ performance and in the technical evaluations of vendor responses for the RFPs.
