Training Specialist – High End Brands | Dubai, UAE

1. Delivers group and individual coaching and training covering all aspects of technical background information on High End Products

2. Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, workshops and on the job coaching.

3. Selects or develops training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.

4. Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.

5. Visits outlets/ showrooms on a weekly basis and delivers on-the-job coaching to sales staff, following their initial Trainings.

6. Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.

7. Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals, and for unit departments.

8. Review instructor performance and recommend improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation methods, as and when required.

9. Lead, motivate, guide, and train HO staff/ sales employees, performing related work, as and when required.

10. Act as an ambassador of the company brands by maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and grooming.

11. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
