The Key Account Sales Executive’s primary objective is to deliver a sustained competitive edge of GTRC brands at the point of purchase for customers assigned to him. Hewill play an integral role in using a team approach across all functional areas (trade marketing, sales operations, finance, logistics) to develop further business results and secure profitable growth per assigned category and per customer.
Key Accountabilities :
Works with supplier marketing departments, GTRC trade marketing & sales departments, as well as his assigned customers departments to make decisionsresulting ingrowing our business. Understands retailer perspective and aligns same with GTRC perspective via information gathering, mapping out of account strategy and developing the appropriate action plans to improve business results per category and per brand for assigned customers. Conductsand leads negotiations for the annual GTRC business development agreements. Leverages trade spending and proposes, develops tailor made promotional activities per customer with the objective of increasing monthly, quarterlyand annual business results. Carries out quarterly business reviews, monthly sales progress reports, market studies and promotional calendar planningand execution per assigned category, brand and outlet. Buildsand manages top-to-top positive business relation with customers assigned. Performs detailed analysis of trends and progress of brand shares, category sales, promotion evaluationand volume performance per outletand customers assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
* Age between 24- 30 years. * BA or BSc degree holder from a well-known university. * 5 years FMCG sales and marketing knowledge and experience preferred. * Has solid presentation and negotiation skills. * Good interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic & English. * Team player and result oriented. * Holding a valid driving license.
