Job Brief :
Source seasonal photographic images with Assistant Marketing Manager for all marketing to support collections Maintain up to date record of Beauty supplier contact information; including record of marketing contacts related to new brands entering portfolio season on season. Manage a pictorial history of all marketing communication pieces for Beauty Portfolio Coordinate schedule of sample requests for seasonal campaigns and tactical promotions, in conjunction with the Assistant Marketing Operations Manager. Maintain record of all collateral orders & deliveries for marketing including associated costs and lead times for delivery. Manage up to date information on all estimates, LPOs’ and invoices for Brands, including up to date record of SMARTPLAN. Maintain record of all meeting agendas/minutes with Operations

Person Specification :
Graduate in any discipline, preferably Business Administration with tertiary qualifications in Sales and Marketing. Computer Literacy Good communication, & inter-personal skills Well organized and flexible to work beyond office hours & on weekends 2 to 3 years relevant experience
