The Role :
We are looking for an experiencedMarketing Executive to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will be responsible for the following duties:
Interaction & coordination with sales team in achieving & exceeding budgeted branch sales target Creation of delivery orders and arranging & assisting the delivery to in-house & external customers Creation of SAP invoices & other SAP documents in coordination with -HO Managing branch stock position & arranging the stock in coordination with sales team, HO & warehouse Liaising and building relationships with different segment of customers & suppliers Follow-ups on account receivables in coordination with sales team & finance Preparation of MIS reports as and when required

The Person:
You will have the following experience to be considered for the role:* At least 2 – 3 years administration and marketing experience * A Bachelors Degree preferably in Commerce or any advance or related courses to Sales & Marketing.* Strong customer focus* Able to deal effectively, openly and positively* Good communication skills (both written and verbal)* Must have a good command of the English Language and Arabic is preferable* Must have good negotiating & analytic skills* Self motivated, reliable and confident* Positive attitude and ability to work well with others* Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
