Marketing Manager | Dubai, UAE

Our client a global pharmaceutical and healthcare company is looking for a talented marketer to be marketing manager for one of their product divisions and be responsible for implementing and maintaining marketing strategies in Middle East to meet Pharmaceutical EMEA objectives and existing global strategies.

ROLE:
• Evaluate partner’s needs alongside market conditions and competitor data to implement a strategic marketing plan.
• Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff, KOL activities and Congress in the region.
• Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department.
• Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to distributors.
• Developing and implementing a go-to-market plan, by working with local partners.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the pharma industry.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Strong understanding of distributor constraints and market dynamics and requirements.
• MUST SPEAK Arabic and English.
