New Media Account Manger | Mobilink Telecom Group Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The holder of this position will report directly to Project Manager and he should be accountable for all New Media & VAS activities. He will be working in Qatar & KSA

Roles:
1- Prepare new innovative ideas for new services and make the cost study for them.
2- Maintain good relationship with TVs, operators and service providers
3- Should be good at development of promotion activates.
4- Should have adequate knowledge of VAS Management system
5- Prepare service documentation for new services for approval with operator, and follow up with Technical/IT for the implementation.
6- Conduct service testing of entire new services before the launching to assure quality and monitor the traffic for smooth running.
7- Negotiate on traffic for the services and fix problem related to revenue share.
8- Should be capable of making flowchart for the new services and get approval from operator & TVs
9- Prepare monthly reports, and compare with operator to see any difference and follow up with finance to finalize it.
10- Prepare documentations for all the contracts & agreements with service providers and operators
11- Effective monitoring of all services to do any kind of promotion and keep the graph always upward.

Skills
1- Bachelor of Business Administration or more
2- Strong knowledge of Telecom Industry
3- Very good Analytical & Communication skills.
4- Should have expertise in Microsoft office tools.
5- Familiar with VAS and TV production fields
6- Should be good at troubleshooting.
7- Creative, team player & able to work under pressure
8- Bilingual
