Online Media Sales Manager | Dubai, UAE

Reporting into the head of Sales UAE, this role is an extremely important role within UAE Sales team. We are looking for a high-caliber individual that will excel in managing and developing key accounts.

Responsibilities:
Represent product and business offerings to media agencies and clients in the UAE
Demonstrate the value of products and services to senior marketers, agency planners and buyers.
Achieve personal sales targets as defined by the company on a quarterly bases
Demonstrate an understanding of the digital landscape including , search, targeting, social forums, VOD, mobile
Respond efficiently with relevant proposals to agency media briefs, service agency and client needs
Develop revenue share from the agency and client spend.
Maintain yield thresholds as set by management
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the needs of our partners are met
Provide near accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Work with your designated Account Manager as a team to provide a seamless Sales to Service experience.
Ability to demonstrate the strengths of digital media to shift off line spends to digital platforms.

Requirements
Experience working at a major portal or Ad network
3-5 years media sales experience
Demonstrate track record of achieving sales targets.
