Production Coordinator | twofour54 Abu Dhabi, UAE

• To undertake whatever tasks are required to ensure the smooth running of the Production process.
• Acting as a support for the production operations team, assisting Cameramen, Sound Operator, lighting operator, or other technical Staff (internal & external) to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Escorting clients to the Production area and between offices, studios and locations.
• Working in close co-operation with the Production and Bookings teams to ensure that TWOFOUR54 clients experience the highest levels of satisfaction
• Any other reasonable duties required by the management.

Skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Technical understanding.
• Ability to translate client’s requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience in of working in a media production environment as a camera assistant, sound assistant, lighting assistant, or Production Assistant is a advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively and reliable as part of the team.
• Enthusiasm, motivation and a proactive manner
• Ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, common sense and problem-solving skills as unexpected issues may arise regularly.
• Strong client facing attitude.

Professional Background Required
• Experience of working in a service orientated multi-client environment.
