Overview:

Meridium International is seeking an energetic and highly organized individual to join our

Regional Team in Dubai. The Program Manager will act as the primary liaison between the

implementation Project Managers and the Project Director to ensure the effective allocation

of resources to billable projects.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and tracking resource allocations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

to predict availability.

• Report project progress to Project Directors, appropriate Sales and Value

Realization personnel, and senior management.

o Progress as defined by:
Profitability of work
On time and on budget
Customer satisfaction during implementation

• Develop project monitoring tools using online surveys and phone calls to the client

project sponsors at multiple levels.

• Provide scheduling tool support (resource leveling, reporting)

• Ensure project teams have access to installing scheduling tools.

• Coordinate strategic initiatives through cross-project management.

• Maintain project documentation repository.

• Maintain key deliverables (project plans, issues, scope documents, project

documentation, work flows).

• Works with the Director to develop implementation standards, document and

provide education.

• Monitoring project scope.
