Arabic Online Editor | Zawya Beirut
Zawya, A Dubai-based media firm is looking for Online Editor to join its Beirut team. The Online Editor should be a proactive professional with experience in executing day-to-day operations of a busy online business and financial platform and related electronic products (electronic newsletters, e-dailies, etc.).
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate first-rate business writing, editing, and professional journalism skills. He/She should also have experience with electronic products (web sites, electronic news) and editorial production systems as well as knowledge of and work experience in the MENA region. He/She should also be familiar with the financial, energy, construction and real estate industries.
Skills
Languages: Arabic (English is an advantage)
Personal qualities / Skills Needed:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable of and able to use Business English terminology effectively
- Excellent command of Arabic in written business communications
- Proficient in communicating at all levels
- Organised with high attention to detail
