Regional Marketing Professional | Dubai, UAE

A Regional marketing professional is being sought by this international financial services firm. Positioned in a growing team, you will manage the marketing operations in the Middle East and North Africa regions, covering 22 countries and managing a number of key internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business driven marketing plans to meet the following business objectives:

- Increase revenue growth
- Enhance brand equity

Other responsibilities include building a client entertainment programme and executing key business events alongside driving awards submissions and polls strategies.

Requirements
The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a number of key internal stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, across two regions. This will involve solid and confident communication skills. The senior marketing executive will also need to come from a corporate marketing background, ideally financial services, however applications from the professional services arena will also be considered.
You will have experience managing bespoke client events from start to finish as well as being able to execute a marketing strategy incorporating standard client communications channels. Budget management skills and exposure are also essential. Applicants must come from an international (ideally MENA), marketing background and have excellent written and spoken English.
Arabic speakers ideal.
