Job Description
* Develop and implement short term and long term strategies for expansion of KSA sales and distribution network of the company.
* Responsible for achieving budgeted market share in KSA.
* Develop and implement annual sales plan for all KSA markets and define strategies and action plans.
* Direct and control various sales activities of the company’s KSA sales network for the achievement of the company’s objectives.
* Spearheading continuous growth initiatives in project marketing and institutional sales .
* Develop and maintain a vibrant sales organization to achieve the company’s long term growth objectives.
* Develop organization depth in the sales function and succession planning at all key positions.
* Strengthen and expand the company’s certified builders network.
* Communicate effectively with senior management team to align strategies for achievement of sales objectives.
