The Role
- Reports to job title: Branch Manager.
- Purpose of the Job (Brief Overview):
1. Recruit, Develop and Retain Advisors
2. Ensuring Sales through Advisors (for Branch SE) / Doing Sales (for POS SE)
- Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Branch SE : Hire, Develop and Retain Sales Advisors + Ensure Sales through Advisors
* POS SE : Sales

Requirements
- Personality Type:
• Outgoing, Extrovert
• Passionate and able to work under pressure
• Good taskmaster
• Cheerful and positive personality
• Good communicator and negotiator.
• Confident, articulate, resilient and self-motivated
- Professional:
1. None required compulsorily.
2. Any insurance qualification is welcome.
3. Minimum 1 year experience in sales
- Academic:
1. At least graduate is a must.
2. Any other qualification welcome, especially if it is an insurance certification.
- Experiences: At least 2 years of hands on sales experience.
