Sales Executive | Alghanim Industries Kuwait

The main objective is to cover/ develop Graphic Arts market, in order to achieve and exceed your/ company’s targets.
Achieve and exceed the company’s plans from your designated territory’s sales/revenue & profitability
Ensure the highest level of coverage through proper account management and account planning
Existence business retention/developing new business
Involvement in the Document Management community/industry
Knowledge about relevant solutions
Settling high standards of performance for self and others
Assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignment or tasks
To maintain stable performance under pressure
Using appropriate inter personal styles and communications methods to gain acceptance of products, services or ideas from prospects and clients
Actively participating as a member of a team to move towards the completion of goals
Working effectively and cooperatively with others, establishing and maintaining good strategic working relationships
Effectively meeting customer’s needs, building productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for customers’ satisfaction and loyalty
Taking the responsibility of feeding back the necessary information and maintain the integrity of the data base

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related fields (BA; BS; IT degree etc.)
3 years sales experience preferably in Graphic Arts industry (Printing Press, Advertising Agencies, Commercial Printers, Digital Printing Press) in Kuwait
Excellent knowledge in English Language (Arabic language is a must)
Having the Kuwait Driving License
Excellent PC skills and use of business related software
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to establish rapport and establish and build business relationships
