Sales Manager | Cooper Industries Dubai, UAE

This position is responsible for the recommendation, implementation and completion of sales and marketing programs to obtain acceptable growth in incoming orders and ensure continued growth and profitability in the UAE and Oman.

Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering degree from a reputed institution
A proven track record of sales (minimum 5 years experience) in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical market place
Preference for experience of GCC or UAE key client base, though candidates with experience in other territories will be considered.
Experience of relevant industry standards and codes.
Must be a motivated self-starter able to work from own initiative with minimal supervision
A capacity for creative and analytical thinking
Familiarity with current technology and applicable codes
Excellent negotiation skills: able to work effectively with distributors, end users, factories and engineering support / customer service staff to ensure that targets are met
Able to establish priorities and work towards deadlines
