Sales Manager | PET Preforms Industry Kuwait

Responsibilities:
• Develop periodic marketing plan & sales budget.
• Recommend pricing policies & discount structures.
• Ensure market plans & objectives are within budget & take corrective action as necessary.
• Formulate international marketing plans to meet company objectives of growth, market share and profitability.
• Monitoring and coordinating the achievement of sales against Budget.
• Aware of local/international current market trends, technology & competitor activities.
• Maintain statistics & necessary information company marketing plans.
• Anticipation of market size, level of sales volume & profitability.
• Organize the timely provision of international market data and plans.
• Develop & maintain local and international marketing activity.
• Develop & implement marketing strategies and tactics to attain predefined targets.
• Keep good relationship & negotiate with major clients locally and internationally, execute the necessary efforts to grab their work orders.
• Develop marketing policies, product demonstration, and potential client meeting & applying sales techniques and promote products globally.
• Locate and propose potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, make contract with potential customers, discovering and exploring new opportunities.
• Generate statistical reports on market activity, consumer developments, sales projection & budgets as required to develop sales and determine profitability.
• To increase sale and locate new customers locally and internationally.

Skills
• University Degree.
Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing field.
• Highly qualified Sales Manager with minimum 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing field.
• Possesses sound Managerial skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Superior planning and analytical skills
• Willing to travel (local and international)
• Can work under pressure
• Good skills in the Arabic and English language.
