Requirements:
1. At least Diploma in any discipline
2. Proficient in both Arabic and English, written and oral.
3. 20- 28yrs old, Male / Female
4. Willing to work on shift during weekends and holidays

Roles:
• Develop, organize and facilitate in-game and game-related events.
• Recruit, train and manage forum moderators.
• Coordinate and supervises game masters.
• Observe peace and order in the virtual world.
• Create test plans and coordinate internal bug tests for new game updates.
• Assess in-game situations to maintain balance inside the game.
• Assist in localization of game contents and resources.
• Ensure balanced in game economy and raise alert when the economy is behaving irradically.
• Maintain good community between players by implementing fair rules and regulations and by making sound judgment to prevent matters from escalating to a higher degree.

Skills
1. Familiar with computer and internet usage.
2. Avid gamer, have played at least 3+ online games. Having gaming experience in RO an added advantage.
3. Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
4. Good planning and organizing skills
5. Proficient in documentation and generating reports
6. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
