Senior Marketing Manager | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

My client is a large construction and property development company based in Dubai.
They have a new opening for a Senior Marketing Manager to be based on a large project in Saudi Arabia. The role will be based either in Riyadh or Jeddah.

The successful candidate will have full responsibility for handling the early stages of the sales and marketing of the project, which will be very much at start up phase. There will be a support team in place in Saudi Arabia.
You will also be responsible for budgets and promotions etc.

The real challenge will be to gather date on the market in Saudi and also to forge strong working relationships with partners on the ground.

Requirements
The successful candidate must be able to obtain a working visa for Saudi Arabia, therefore the role is more likely to suit a male candidate.
You must be a strong individual with the initiative to work alone for sustained periods during this start up phase.
A strong background in Marketing and Sales is required, preferably from within construction.

You should have a good understanding of how the market works in Saudi Arabia and the kind of timescales involved in moving business forward.

Arabic speaking would clearly be an advantage for this role.
