We, at Bayt.com, have an immediate need for an enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic Marketing team as Online Brand Assistant.

Main Responsibilities
- Grow, manage and maintain the associates program, and implement new strategies to increase its performance and the associates’ retention especially vertical and highly ranked sites,
- Assist the online marketing team to maximize organic ranking, search-ability and daily traffic through referring links and online affiliations,
-Assist in the planning and execution of direct marketing campaigns, relationship marketing, database segmentation and CRM retention programs,
-Prepare weekly and monthly online activities reports and competitive analysis.

Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Online Marketing,
- Excellent communications skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus,
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to achieve targets.

Education
Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing
