Senior PR Account Executive | Zeenah Group Muscat, Oman

The purpose of the Senior Account Executive role is to work both directly with clients and to deliver media relations services – writing, media coordination – and working with the rest of the PR team to develop and grow the company’s business including direct interaction and coordination with clients.

Ideal candidates will come from a Journalism background or a role where creative writing was required.

The role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Carrying out research for existing and prospective clients
• Writing press releases in English
• Media coordination
• Event planning and organising as required
• Day to day client servicing tasks as part of a client team
• Helping with research work to support new business initiatives

The role operates as an integral part of the client servicing team on nominated accounts and business.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:

• An Arab national
• Possess a University degree
• Ideally have some experience of working in a communications environment for a company or Government organisation – but not required
• Fluency in English is essential – both written and verbal
• Ability to work as part of a small but fast growing team
• Flexible approach to work
• Confident and outgoing
• Projects a positive image of the company at all times

Note: Although we are seeking a Senior Account Executive, consideration will be given to exceptional candidates at other levels of seniority with relevant public relations industry experience.
