Blue chip, international FMCG business is currently looking for an aggressive and advanced Modern Trade Manager, whose key responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving trade and consumer marketing strategies within modern channels, including supermarkets & pharmacies
- Developing and monitoring the annual promotional plans (consumer and trade) for each market and each category.
- Ensure effective implementation of a Customer Business Plan for all customers on annual basis, whilst constantly reviewing.
- Lead the agencies for merchandising guide design, POSM, display stands, trade exhibitions, promotional packs, merchandising software.
- Establish weekly and monthly monitoring systems with the objective of evaluating the performance of in-store activities.
- Managing the sales team, monitoring their performance.
- Ensuring complete synchronization between all support programs (ATL, BTL, trade, merchandising).

Requirements
The successful Trade & Customer Marketing Manager will come from a solid trade marketing / sales / key account management background within an FMCG capacity.
Must have experience managing multiple countries / regions and must be able to operate at a strategic level.
As the Trade Marketing Manager will be managing the KSA market and frequent travel to the Kingdom will be a necessity, the candidate will need to be male.
