One of the leading exhibition & Event Organizing Companies based in UAE is looking for a dynamic & experienced Telesales Manager with good communication skills; the role includes
To oversee and be responsible for daily operations, morale and leadership of the telesales team and managing own target accounts. Working closely with the Exhibition Heads and Senior Management in the execution and delivery of sales campaigns and lead generation She/he should know the pure sales methodology used in high level telesales and the disciplined processes that support the function.

Requirements
TELESALES MANAGER ROLE:

• Managing the telesales team on a Day to Day basis.
• You will define keys strategies in terms of region, territory and sector focus for the team, through marketing mapping and market research.
• Set KPIs and targets for the team.
• Provide support to the telesales team and operations team
• Produce reports daily, weekly and monthly when necessary for the relevant stakeholders
• Oversee and maintain database in terms of activity and data.

Qualifications:
• Strong customer service/relationship skills.
• Previous Telesales management experience leading team of 5+ telesales executives
• Regional sales knowledge and sector knowledge
• Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team. Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Competent IT skills.
• To be knowledgeable on Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Resilient and able to maintain a high level of motivation
