Job Description
We are currently searching for a specialist Market Researcher within the global sugar industry to provide strategic guidance top our client in the following area’s: Consumer/Wholesale/Commodities.
The role is a Senior position with key responsibilities including:
– market analysis
– opportunity identification
– wholesale (sugar) intelligence analysis
– consumer market mapping and trends
– trade/commodity tracking and key movements
The position will be responsible for providing the Middle East / North Africa management with strategic direction for the business and what opportunities or markets should be developed in the next 3-5 years.
The role is a Director level role and would require an individual with extensive experience within the market research sector focussed on sugar and sugar consumer products. At the very least you will be able to provide an overview of key producers, refiners, country consumption stats & trade stats. You will have a minimum of 5-7 years in the market research industry plus 3-5 years focussed on sugar, sugar products and wholesale consumer trends.
