As a Marketing Executive, you will…
* Assist in developing and implementing an advertising plan that coordinates creative, media, and business efforts.
* Have the ability to come up with concepts that engage, attract, communicates and sells.
* Develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
* Time and track adherence to deadlines and budgets.
* Assist in driving the development and implementation of direct marketing campaigns including contact, creative, and timing strategies.
* Provide your inputs to develop / execute consumer advertising programs.
* Articulate, effective presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media.
* Help in managing the media plan, negotiate with agencies, and effectively achieve market penetration, reach, and frequency goals.
Candidate Experience Requirements
* Good project management and organizational skills; Detail-oriented
* Graphic design experience and knowledge of print and electronic production.
* Knowledge of public relations practices and superior writing and editing skills, including expertise in marketing plan creation, proposal writing, news release and feature writing, and light copywriting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A team player who works well with others to achieve common objectives.
* Experience planning and managing industry tradeshows and events desirable.
* Proactive, hands-on individual with the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and prioritize with minimal direction in a fast paced environment.
Other requirements
* Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or a related subject.In excess of two years experience working within the marketing field.
* Minimum 3 years related experience
* Strong artistic aptitude.
* Strong project management skills.
* Strong PC skills, including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Access and Visio would be beneficial, but is not required.
