For? our Beauty growth and expansion plans? in the Middle East, Victoria’ Secret is now looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to be based in our Dubai office. * To communicate with Marketing, Brands and Operations Teams to deliver marketing programs as required.* To liaise with internal and external support teams to deliver marketing programs in a timely and efficient manner and within budget.* To manage external relationships including all media and third party suppliers to ensure events are carried out efficiently.* To guide the supporting team to deliver marketing programs and feedback on budgets according to the business plans, and to make recommendations.* To support Marketing and Operations Teams to ensure that the brand events, sales campaign and various media advertisings are delivered with the best marketing expertise, creativity, quality standards and optimal cost. * To develop and maintain weekly/monthly and yearly marketing calendars.* To manage media booking, rate negotiations and recommendation of all new media opportunities, creative briefs, radio commercials production, Arabization development and quality control.* To conceive and implement appropriate promotional activity.
Requirements
* Experience in the beauty industry (Cosmetics/fragrance)? * Degree with? 8 years marketing experience? * Efficient in exploring new opportunities? * Creative skills and able to pioneer with minimal guidance? * Must have in-depth knowledge of marketing, communication, business development? * Excellent communication skills in English and presentation skills required* Passion and drive to succeed in this competitive market and willing to travel occasionally. * Ability to work independently* Strong time management and organizational skills* Strong written & verbal communication skills* Ability to analyze date and deliver results?
