Media Production Supervisor | Dubai
The Role
- Responsible for video & still camera photo shoots related to the whole organizations and its management in all occasions (corporate and media events and any other event in which company participates)
- Should create photo gallery for each department and update it with new photos quarterly
- Shooting for tours, visitors, delegations
- Provides final edited segments/ documentaries/ tele-films for any function or project.
- Should handle the editing himself (on Avid- computer system)
- Responsible for the whole renovation of our audio/visual studio (put plan to replace old equipment by new digital equipment to cut costs for outsourcing editing, digital media files, creative effects, animation,)
- Operates audio-visual or sound-reproducing equipment to provide or complement activities requested from Communication Department.
- Operates projecting equipment to show films in auditorium or lecture halls
- Operate film, slides, video, audio tape, or turntable equipment to project
- Responsible to search for best suppliers and best quotations whenever external equipment and support are requested.
- Produce still or moving pictures, background music, oral commentary, or sound effects to illustrate, clarify, or enhance impact of presentation done or coordinated by the department
- Makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment whenever required, and notify maintenance personnel when correction of major malfunction is required.
- Responsible to arrange any digital tool of communication requested for the work like monthly Podcast and subtitles.
