Online shopping more popular than before as Visa and Borderlinx announce GCC partnership

Visa, the leading payment solutions provider, has partnered with Borderlinx, the leading international cross border e-commerce solutions company, to enable GCC Visa cardholders to more easily shop from thousands of U.S and U.K. based online retail stores.

By providing a U.S and U.K. addresses and shipping services, Borderlinx allows GCC shoppers to make purchases from American and U.K. online retailers that only deliver within their home countries. In addition, Visa cardholders will benefit from free registration to the Borderlinx service, a 10% discount on international shipping, as well as the chance to win one of five exciting 2010 FIFA World CupTM travel packages to South Africa.

The GCC is the latest worldwide region to benefit from the exclusive agreement between Visa and Borderlinx.
