Packaging Development Officer | Tabuk Pharmaceuticals MFG. Co. Tabouk, Saudi Arabia
Will be responsible for: Documentation and Issuance of Specs., SOP’s and STP’s, ensuring consistent quality of packaging material and its conversion. – Timely clearance of artworks as per regulatory guidelines. Carrying out development trials for packaging materials in production as per agreed protocol -Liaison with both internal and external partners towards ensuring smooth execution / scaling up of new initiatives and pack designs – Techno-commercial assessment of new materials.
Activities:
1.Preparation of blister drawing & artwork key lines as per the machine.
2.Preparation & Issuance of artworks.
3.Packaging Development activities for Local, MENA &Europe.
4.Preparation & Issuance of Packaging Bill of Material.
5.Preparation & Issuance of Packaging material code list.
6.Preparation & Issuance of barcode & pharmacode lists.
7.Preparation of Packaging Specification.
8.Preparation of Packaging Test procedures.
9.Development of change part for different packaging machines.
10.Initiation of artworks for various markets to ensure its correctness.
11.Checking of wet proofs, multiple sheets & shade cards.
12.Development and approval of artworks for Co Marketing Division as well as for Domestic Market.
13.Development of new packages for Tablets (blister pack, strip pack), Capsules, syrups, injections.
14.Development of new and existing Products according to Autocartoner machine requirement.
15.Approval of proofs and shade cards.
16.Technical support for Development & Design of Packaging System.
17.Co-ordination with planning /QA/QC/Purchase/production any change over or new product introduction

•Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator CS5 Express, Adobe Photoshop &Corel draw.

Education
