Product Developer | Omantel Muscat, Oman
The Role
1. Develop new products services and manage content licensing and acquisitions from local, regional and international sources.
2. Analyze potential partner relationships for new products and stay up-to-date on new possibilities for products/services based on international technological and commercial advancement in this field.
3. Contract and account manage regional and local content partners and ensure licensing of content for the organization.
4. Plan & implement the marketing programs to stimulate service usage and revenue on mobile content.
5. Communicate with internal and external parties for the implementation of marketing plans Review the service or product effectiveness by compiling reports and suggest recommendations for improvement
6. Advise Director on the improvement, results, competition and new direction in technology to assist with marketing of the brand.
7. Implement promotion campaigns for existing products and services.
8. Develop segmented campaigns to increase uptake of core products and services.
9. Review and analyze customers’ profile for target marketing Monitor competitor’s activities and compare service levels of products among operators.
10. On-time delivery of Product Development and management reports with recommendations.
11. Supervise and manage the content management process with content providers, technical teams and backend system vendors.
12. Develop methods, processes and tools that will increase the efficiency of the department.
13. Liaise internally with relevant departments to maintain and update all company information
14. Works with a cross-enterprise teams, maintaining and developing the master content portal for all intellectual property
15. Ensure regular communication and email contact with affiliates and act as main point of contact
