Purpose
The core purpose of the Product Marketing Manager role is to drive Time-To-Market within non-global accounts. This will be achieved through successful implementation of the local marketing plan in which the Product Marketing Manager is a key resource.

Accountabilities
Product Launch & Customization
Primary interface to the Area Product Manager with regard to customization requirements, launch availability and allocation, availability of dummies and samples, product/bundle planning. Manages PCRs for non- global accounts and for ensuring that all outgoing products are delivered according to customer specification. Responsible for the local management of the supply of dummies and
Samples, collateral, white papers etc.
Product Approval
Manages the local operator acceptance and approval processes for company products in the local market.
Product Champion
Acts as a “Product Hero” championing the company’s product’s value proposition into customer accounts, creating demand and providing support at industry events. Responsible for developing and delivering product/account specific training.
Acts as part of product/account specific launch team to drive product specific elements of launch planning and execution.
Local Marketing Mix
Assist in design of local marketing mix strategy to optimize local revenue potential, leveraging global customer strategies and resources where available.
Job Prerequisites
Strong product marketing experience in the consumer electronics industry.
Ø High awareness of the cellular handset marketplace:-
· Industry trends.
· Competitive positioning.
· Technology trends.
Ø Commercial awareness:-
· Budget control.
· Pricing issues.
· Resource cost and management.
Ø Experience in managing developers and other third parties.
Ø Sound project management experience with a track record of delivering on-time and on- budget.
Job Requirement
· 5 years experience in MNC as product manager role
· Consumer Electronics experience preferred but not essential.
· Based in Dubai
