o Shall have a Middle East Regional responsibility for supporting on Clinical Applications in Radiology IT & Imaging domains
0 Shall support end users in their daily usage of the application(s) and help to resolve application related issues in IT & Imaging solutions
o Shall act as a single point of contact for the site support engineers and end users to report any application issues (bugs) or request specific features.
o Shall escalate all unresolved applications issues to the higher tiers of support and followup for fixing the issues on a Regional basis
0 Shall be responsible for supporting Sales in giving live demonstrations and presentations in conferences, road shows and exhibitions
o Shall conduct local trainings and knowledge transfer sessions for internal and external participants. They can be our company employees or our dealer staff
0 Shall work closely with Quality control personnel to ensure that optimum quality procedures are followed and we get the best possible image quality and system can be used to the fullest of its abilities
