The Role
Our client is a leading Multi National Outdoor Advertizing company with a global presence. An exciting opportunity has arisen in Jeddah for a Senior Sales Manager. This is a leadership role and you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market. You should direct the sales team and demonstrate leadership and management skills that aim towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and analyze the Saudi market promptly and effectively.
• Possess comprehensive and detailed knowledge in media markets, preferably Jeddah market.
• Demonstrate developer skills and take initiative for prospects in Jeddah and the Western Provinces.
• Initiate and coordinate development plans to penetrate new markets and acquire potential clients.
• Lead, direct, and train a team of 5-6 sales executives to achieve profitable results with key clients.
• Assist the team and manage their performance and progress.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts of direct clients and media agencies.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Reflect motivating soft skills, listen attentively, and give constructive feedback.
• Reflect a presentable and professional image of the company through personal image and character.
