Job Description:
He should be able to cite significant achievements, demonstrating his ability to handle all aspects of the white Goods and home appliances business and manage the clients issues, from the merchandisers management, to client’s management, Sales, stock, collections, merchandising, promotion, and branding, plus getting new business/adding new accounts.
He should manage planned operation program by performing the following duties. Have good contacts in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibility:
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Alireza Holding Co.
• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
• Collaborates with AHC to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
• Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive
strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
• Collaborates with AHC to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
• Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
• Holds regular meeting with sales staff.

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of White Goods business experience. More extensive distributions and corporate experience will be welcomed.
• Computer literate and communicates via emails skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively teach/develop others to next level.
• Good merchandising, Promotions, profitability skills.
• Strong operations experience in receiving stock and inventory as well as front-end management and office management with all clients.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to provide “a breed apart” level of customer service.
• Possess sales-oriented personality, and is a strong leader.
