Our client is an International Dairy company with strong experience and innovation in the Dairy Business. They have an excellent reputation in this industry and are world renowned with an exciting and dynamic growth plan for 2012.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to be based in Casablanca, who will be responsible for overseeing sales within the North Africa region. A tremendous and challenging opportunity for professional, aggressive, ambitious and committed Sales Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, implement and follow up marketing plans including:
o pricing policies & promotional activities
o allocation of potential sales targets
o project negotiations
• Manages, coaches, supervises & develops performance of sales team members towards the achievement of maximum profitability in line with company mission, vision and objectives.

Skills

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Should be qualified in sales and marketing, preferably holding a degree in agriculture, and/or with diary farming background
• 2-3 years progressive sales experience within a distribution environment
• Good technical understanding
• Competent in both English and French
• Ability to adapt to new cultures

KEY SKILLS

• Dynamic, self motivated, creative, possess high level interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a number of projects at any time
• Good communications skills including strong written & reporting skills
