Senior Arabic Journalist | Anba Moscow- RIA Novosti - United Arab Emirates

Job Description

-   Reporting and editing balanced, objective news of all types from the region;

-   Supervising and helping direct news coverage from stringers in the region;

-   Assising the chief editor in ensuring coordination of video, photo and graphic content;

-   Ensuring that Anba Moscow output is fair, balanced, comprehensive and competitive at all times;

-   Working closely with the chief editor in all aspects of managing the Anba Moscow team in Dubai.

Desired Skills & Experience

-   A minimum of five years full-time, professional staff journalism experience;

-   Thorough knowledge of the political, economic, social and lifestyle trends of the Middle East;

-   Proven ability to produce news content in a real-time environment under deadline pressure;

-   Native Arabic speaker, fluent English speaker; knowledge of Russian would be a plus;

-   Good computer skills, past work with internet-based news and content publication.
