A very rare opportunity has arisen in sunny Dubai….
A prestigious medical company, which has been established in the UK for over 20 years, is now to launch its Middle Eastern offering and they are looking for a Senior Medical Writer to join their senior team
The role is two-fold. You will be responsible for managing a team of medical writers as well as leading the medical writing activities of the agency in the MENA region. You will also be instrumental in talking to KOLs, Stakeholders and leading Medical Symposiums in the region. You will be tasked with forming strategies with the company\’s clients and business development across the Gulf – all with the backing and resources of a giant, global advertising agency with a dedicated Healthcare PR team.
The ideal candidate will have an established career in Medical Education and writing. You will need to have had experience in Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology, Respiratory medicine, Endocrinology, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics etc. You will ideally come from an agency background and have the ability to multi task on a daily basis. You will need to have knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry in the Gulf and have the hunger to drive this start-up forward
