We are looking for a 2 marketing managers for leading retail group based in Dubai, if you have experience in Retail shopping malls or retail group for at least 6-8 years of experience then apply with confidence.

You should have a very proactive background with marketing and PR.

Overall Purpose:
To be responsible for the implementation and development of an effective marketing and PR strategy growing brand awareness and desirability leveraging GROUP’s luxury credentials across Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, Abu Dhabi.

The role will promote, foster and maintain a synergistic, pure and consistent GROUP brand message in the region that will drive sales via marketing and PR communication channels; digital, advertising, events, CRM/ECRM, through direct marketing and VIP services and editorial.

Requirements
Ideal candidate should have at least 6-10 yrs of experience in Retail / shopping malls experience.

• Experience within Marketing and PR, preferably for a luxury brand
• Detailed market understanding offering insights and recommendations to drive business decisions across functions and regions
• Proficient knowledge of computer packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Italian and Fluent English essential
• Arabic language skills desirable
• Geopolitical / cultural sensitivity
• Digital PR experience ideal
• Numerically literate

• Ability to adapt their working style to build effective relationships with differing cultures within a global business
• Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment and to evaluate new ideas in a complex and dynamic business/industry
• Prior experience of working in partnership with a creative services team
