Area Sales Manager | LENOX Dubai
General Responsibility:
To increase market share in a designated territory through sales presentations, product testing and application demonstrations and training seminars. Assist existing and new customers in meeting their own business objectives by selling Lenox band saw products. Support customer service, distribution, and other departments in their efforts to respond to the business needs of customers.
Duties:
- Establishes and maintains contact with customers and potential customers
- Prepares/processes customer orders
- Monitors and resolves problems with distribution/delivery of products
- Supports customers with ongoing sales service in merchandising, sales analysis, inventory control, promotions
- Promotes new products/product lines
- Prepares/processes necessary administrative paperwork
- Coordinate product testing and application demonstrations
Profile:
# Bachelors degree
# Experience between 3 and 5 years in the industrial cutting tool sector or other industrial consumables preferred
# Direct sales experience in hardware or consumer products preferred
# PC literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
# Excellent telephone and written correspondence skills
# Demonstrated time management skills, ability to set priorities
# Must be able to develop and present programs to both customers and sales organization
# Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation
