The second Berlin-Dubai Festival opened last Saturday at the Pavilion Downtown Dubai with the “Inspiration Berlin” fashion exhibition, during the event, which attracted fashion designers and lovers from both the UAE and Germany, the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Dubai Klaus Ranner welcomed the audience and touched on the uniqueness of Berlin as a city and as a concept.
