Job Description
A large mining company is Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a Business Development Director to come in and re-shape the fabric of their Sales organisation. My client has ambitious growth plans and wants to bring top people on board to help make the company a major player in the space.
The successful candidate will be highly ambitious, dedicated and want to be part of growing a strong business unit within a flourishing company.
This role reports directly into the VP.
Skills
Candidates must know Marketing and Business strategy and have 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 of those years being in Senior Leadership positions.
Phosphate experience within a large company in the mining sector is strongly preferred. Fertilizer experience will be considered.
BSc in Engineering is required
MBA/MSc in Marketing or Business Development is preferred.
