A rapidly expanding Logistics firm based in Dubai is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of their SeaAirLand operations in the UAE. The role will involve developing and maintaining relations with key accounts and ensuring your team meets the given targets.
Skills
To be considered for this position, it is essential that you haveAt least six years of experience in logistics, with the relevant knowledge of the full transportation process (sea, air, land and warehousing).Proven ability to generate quality leads that result in sales, and meet given targets and KPI's. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team with excellent communication skills.Proven negotiation and presentation skills.The ability to develop and execute marketing proposals.Education to at least degree level, with an MBA being a distinct advantage.
