Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
– Establish market objectives and elaborate business plans to develop new opportunities and revenue streams.
-Gather industry intelligence, monitor trends/methodology used by competitors, architects, developers and contractors.
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
-Direct Sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
-Meet with key clients, deliver sales presentations and close deals.
-Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budget requirements.
Skills
The candidate must:
– be fluent in Arabic
– have 3-7 years experience in sales in construction or ready mix concrete industry.
– hold a Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
